About the Role
Having grown rapidly over the last few years, an opportunity has risen for an ambitious and talented individual to join our UK Marketing and Production team.
Our current portfolio of construction shows organised from the London Office are: Chicago Build, New York Build, London Build and Scotland Build.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding company. You will have the support of a great team as well as a great social life amongst all departments in the office. You will also have the chance to travel internationally to a variety of locations to assist in the running of our events.
Researching, producing and writing agendas and content for all our shows
Inviting and liaising with high level speakers and clients from across the world, as well as coordinating speakers on-site at a show
Understanding the nature of all key markets in which we operate to develop and implement marketing plans to drive registration, revenue and interest in the shows you work on
Working closely with Event Directors, marketing team, sales, design and the operations team within the company
Managing and briefing speakers on their presentation topics, liaising with speakers in the lead up to the events and establishing strong business relationships
Working closely with the design team to manage the event agendas and websites, keeping the programmes, marketing collateral and websites up to date
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to hit targets and meet tight deadlines
